Preorder

Our preorder process requires buyers to put a non-refundable deposit (NRD) down for figures that they want to secure stock of ahead of release.  When an item is released, we will notify preordered buyers via email and when we receive our stock at the fulfillment center in the US, we will trigger payment in full before we ship the item.  

Preorder buyers can cancel / modify their purchases before the release date via their preorder receipts or store profile.  

Our arrival schedule can be subject to manufacturer release dates and we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer.  Similarly, we also cannot be responsible for delays caused by unusual circumstances such as COVID-19.   

Incoming

Incoming stock refers to stock that have been released overseas and are typically on their way to our fulfillment center in the US.  Items that were once in the Preorder section will then be moved to the Incoming section.  Buyers can secure stock ahead of arrival by placing an NRD and will receive email notification after arrival, similar to how preorders work.  Note that depending on availability, if an item was sold out during the preorder period, it will not necessarily be available in the Incoming or In Stock sections after.

Returns

We offer 7-day returns for new, unused merchandise only.  This means open or used items are not eligible for returns.  Returned merchandise must be in the same unused condition as you received it.  Buyer will pay for the return postage and you will need to provide the electronic receipt and it must match what we have on records.  Please contact us at figuregrail@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Grading

We offer brand new sealed items for sale.  We typically ship items that exhibit the same if not better quality than what you would receive from Amazon or other major US retailers.  We cannot necessarily guarantee collector grade packaging.

Shipping (Updated)

We now offer free economy shipping for all US purchases.  Buyer can also upgrade small item shipping from free economy to USPS priority for an additional $5 upon checkout (each item).  We will use either UPS or USPS for the shipping carrier.  Both services will come with tracking info.  Once shipped, we will send out notification email with tracking info.  Please check your inbox/ spam folders for our emails.

Please note that we can only use the address provided by you to ship and have no ability to confirm whether it is a correct address or not.  We pay for delivery service just like you would and cannot control how the package will be delivered.  This level of service is in line with most major e-commerce platforms such as eBay. 

Fulfillment

We strive to fulfill our orders in 2-4 business days, which is, in our view, quite competitive against other major toy outlets in the market.  We use bubble wrap to cover the entire figure package first before boxing it.

Payment

We accept both PayPal and major credit cards as supported by Shopify Pay.  Buyers can also choose to pay in installments as well.
